John Jackson Neighborhood Real Estate is a locally owned real estate brokerage seeking another talented team member to support our agency. We are a collaborative, hard-working group of agents who represent both buyers and sellers in St. Louis’ unique communities full of personality and charm (just like all of us!). Our office is located in the heart of downtown Kirkwood, across from the Farmer’s Market

The Transaction Coordinator position is a critical customer service role, focused on making the real estate transaction process as smooth as possible for both our clients and our full-time Realtors.

The role of Transaction Coordinator involves top-level client communication via email, on the phone, and in person. We are looking for the following skillset:

Primary Tasks include transaction coordination for all under contract files including buyer and sellers:

  • Assemble pre-approved new buyer meeting materials prior to appointments
  • Responsible for management of client file once contract is accepted
  • Create transmittal and manage documents, timeline and checklist
  • Communicate with clients, title company and lender on an ongoing basis
  • Schedule and facilitate inspection repair estimates with vendors/contractors as needed
  • Manage data entry for various platforms including (but not limited to) Salesforce and Brokermint
  • Audit files both prior to and after closing to ensure all documents are included, signed, and compliant
  • Order and manage home warranties
  • Update internal transaction board and other internal reporting documents

Ancillary Tasks:

  • Assist Operations Manager in management of all community events and sponsorships
  • Attend company events outside of normal business hours
  • Assist with direct mail efforts as needed
  • Assist with property management as needed
  • Deliver signage and marketing materials for listings as needed
  • Manage additional administrative and office-related tasks

  • This is a full-time salaried position, approximately 40 hours a week, M-F
  • 3 Weeks PTO
  • Salary based on experience, with an optional IRA with company match
  • Reports directly to Owner
  • Some Real Estate specific experience is required in either residential, commercial, or property management.
