John Jackson Neighborhood Real Estate is a locally owned real estate brokerage seeking another talented team member to support our agency. We are a collaborative, hard working group of agents who represent both buyers and sellers in St. Louis’ unique communities full of personality and charm (just like all of us!). Our office is located in the heart of downtown Kirkwood, across from the Farmer’s Market


We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage our day-to-day marketing operations as well as expand our brand awareness within the community.This position will lead our efforts to engage our current and potential clients with quality and consistent content through both print and digital/social media marketing and advertising.


Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and manage a media calendar
  • Create and publish social media content that drives engagement and increases followers on Facebook and Instagram
  • Lead the charge in collaborating with our vendor partners on initiatives including but not limited to: o Monthly blog publications o Various print and digital advertisements o Building and publishing a new company website/CRM
  • Manage day-to-day marketing needs including but not limited to: property-specific marketing material, event marketing, branded material fulfillment.
  • Regularly update web content to ensure fresh and up-to-date information.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager on various tasks related to company, client, and community events and sponsorships

Position Preferences/Requirements:

  • This is a salaried part time position (approx. 20-25 hrs/week) with the option for some of those hours to be work from home.
  • Salary based on experience and includes a company matched IRA
  • Experience managing social media campaigns is required.
  • InDesign experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with the WordPress platform and SEO is preferred but not required.
  • Real Estate marketing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Copywriting experience is a plus but not required
