Personal Mantra: If you are persistent, you will get it. If you are consistent, you will keep it.
"My role in helping someone buy and sell a house is critical in the sense that it is probably one of the largest most important decisions that they might make in the course of their life time. Being able to solve that problem or meet that goal is really important but to do it in a way where they are happy and satisfied is where the gratification comes in!"
My family and I worked with Jennifer Hollander as we relocated back to Webster Groves. Not only is she very knowledgeable about homes’ structures, systems and possible pitfalls, she is also thoughtful and strategic when it comes to winning a house in a competitive market. Because of her help and strategy, we navigated a multiple-offer situation (nine offers!!) and got the house without even being the highest bidder. Jennifer is a miracle worker and thanks to her our lives are SO much easier. Plus, she happily dealt with our somewhat insane requests throughout the process. Thank you, Jennifer!!
